Weekend

Well that was the weekend. Spent quite a bit of it feeling low, which is never good for dieting resolve, and true to type - I struggled.

Saturday was fine, despite being stressed to the hilt by not being able to find some monkfish to cook a lovely meal for B & I (toured about 8 supermarkets at prime time on Sat afternoon!). Was feeling really crappy when we were looking for a semi healthy desert but couldn't find anything even remotely good (either too many calories == bad for me, or too much sugar == bad for B) - luckily we found a rather nice Weight Watchers frozen chocolate pot thing - which turned out to be lovely. So that was ok.

Sunday was harder - spent almost all day feeling crappy, and thus hungry (which probably didn't help the crappiness!) Ended up snacking on a few sultanas which B has now removed from danger - and then when we were watching a film in the evening - we were both really peckish, so we had cheese and crackers (2 of each). Hardly worth worrying about - but hardly brilliant.

So I'll count those days as successful - which means we have... 174 days left. Woo!

Today is fine so far. Had my soup early, which isn't a good sign, but not feeling so low, so should be ok.
